Foreign Investment Fund
The Fund focuses on investments in the investment units of the foreign mutual funds (or the “Master fund”) in average in a fiscal year for not less than 80% of net asset value. The Master Fund invested by the Fund is Credit Suisse (Lux) Environmental Impact Equity Fund (the “Master Fund”) which is a listed fund in Luxembourg and under UCITS. Its policy is to invest in the assets of the companies that operate the businesses relating to the environmental problem-solving management. The impact can be reduced or the positive environmental effect is efficiently brought about. The assets invested by the Master Fund are classified into four business groups consisting of sustainable infrastructure building, resource management, waste volume reduction, and carbon content reduction technology. The investment objective of the Master Fund is to add long-term investment fund value through the investment in the companies that operate the said businesses, applying the fund management strategy in type of active management. However, the Fund invests in the investment units of the Master Fund in the class of investment units, namely “Class IBP USD”, in USD currency, which is established and managed by Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A.
o The Master Fund may invest in Derivatives to ensure more efficient portfolio management and/or hedging from foreign exchange rate risk based on the discretion of the Fund Manager.
o In addition, the Fund may invest in or hold the instruments with Structured Notes, Non-Investment Grade Debt Instruments, Unrated Debt Instruments, and Unlisted Securities.
o The Fund may invest in the investment units of the Mutual Fund, or Property Fund (Type 1 Fund), or Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs), or Infrastructure Fund (infra) under the management of the Management Company in the proportion of not exceeding 20% of net asset value of the Fund.
o The Management Company reserves its right to change the type and characteristics of mutual fund in the future as Fund of Funds or mutual fund that directly invests in foreign instruments and/or securities, or can become Feeder Fund, not causing an increase in risk spectrum according to the Fund Manager’s discretion depending on market situation to fulfill maximum benefit of the unitholders. Furthermore, the Management Company shall give an advance notice to the unitholders for acknowledgement at least 30 (thirty) days prior to change in type of such fund by publicizing via the Management Company’s Website and the investment unit selling or redemption sponsor (if any).

Fund Management Strategy :
The Master Fund’s investment strategy is to expect higher turnover than an index (Active Management), and the LH GREEN TECHNOLOGY FUND’s investment strategy is to expect the turnover movement according to the Master Fund.
BenchmarkThis fund will compare with the performance of the master fund. Adjusted by exchange rate to calculate the return in Thai Baht as of the date of return calculation.
