Investment Policy
The Fund has a policy to invest in units of a foreign collective investment scheme (the “Master Fund”) which focuses on investing in companies operating in the cybersecurity industry. The Fund shall invest, on average, not less than eighty per cent (80%) of its net asset value in each fiscal year in units of the Master Fund. The Fund, namely LH Global Cybersecurity Fund, invests in units of the First Trust Nasdaq? Cybersecurity UCITS ETF – Class A Accumulating (USD) (the “Master Fund”), denominated in United States Dollar (USD) and listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The Master Fund is established under the laws of Ireland, regulated under the UCITS framework, and managed by First Trust Global Portfolios Management Limited.
The Master Fund aims to achieve investment returns that correspond to the price and performance, before fees and expenses, of the Nasdaq CTA Cybersecurity NTR Exclusions Index? (the “Reference Index”).
The Management Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the exchange on which the Master Fund is traded to another overseas exchange, including but not limited to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or the Japan Exchange, and/or to change the primary trading currency of the Master Fund to Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) or Japanese Yen (JPY) in the future, and it shall be deemed that such changes are made with the consent of the unitholders. In the event of any change to the trading venue and/or trading currency of the Master Fund, the Management Company shall act in the best interests of the Fund and shall provide advance notice to investors through official announcements at the offices of the Management Company, through appointed distributors and/or via relevant electronic media.
The Fund may invest in derivative instruments for the purpose of efficient portfolio management and/or for hedging against foreign exchange rate risk, at the discretion of the Fund Manager, taking into consideration prevailing financial market conditions and other relevant factors. In addition, the Fund may invest in or hold structured notes and/or other assets, or engage in other yield-generating instruments as specified in the Fund Scheme and/or as permitted by notifications issued or approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand.
The Fund may also invest in units of mutual funds, property funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), or infrastructure funds under the management of the same Management Company in an aggregate proportion of not more than twenty per cent (20%) of the net asset value of the Fund.
Furthermore, the Management Company reserves the right to change the Fund’s type and special characteristics in the future to be a fund of funds, a fund that directly invests in foreign securities and/or instruments, or to revert to being a feeder fund, provided that such change does not result in an increase in the Fund’s risk level (risk spectrum). Such change shall be made at the discretion of the Fund Manager based on prevailing market conditions and in the best interests of the unitholders, with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice to be given to the unitholders through announcements on the website of the Management Company and the website of the distributors (if any).

The Master Fund adopts a passive investment strategy (index tracking) with the objective of tracking the performance of the Reference Index, and the LH Global Cybersecurity Fund adopts an investment strategy with the objective of achieving performance that closely corresponds to the performance of the Master Fund.
